Create a fabulous meal with only six ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 4 roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 4 (120g each) lamb leg steaks, trimmed
  • 66.25 gm balsamic and garlic salad dressing
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Lebanese cucumber, diced
  • 400g can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
Instructions:
  • Lay 1 steak between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound to slightly flatten. Repeat with the remaining steak. Brush the steaks with 1 tablespoon of dressing and generously season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix together tomato, onion, cucumber, and beans. Pour in the remaining dressing and toss well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat up a greased barbecue plate or chargrill over medium-high heat. Grill the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for a perfect medium cook or to your preferred doneness. Enjoy with the tomato mixture on the side.
