Individual Wonton Lasagna Cups: Wonton wrappers layered with classic lasagna ingredients, baked in muffin cups for a fun twist on a traditional dish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 pound ground beef
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1.75 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.75 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.75 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup pasta sauce (such as Muir Glen®)
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh basil, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) while you grease the muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and discard any excess grease from the beef.
  • Cut wonton wrappers into 2 1/4-inch circles, then press one circle into each muffin cup. Sprinkle equal amounts of Parmesan, mozzarella, and ricotta cheeses into each cup, followed by equal amounts of ground beef and pasta sauce on top.
  • Layer half of the Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, half of the ricotta cheese, half of the ground beef mixture, and half of the pasta sauce among the muffin cups over wonton wrappers. Repeat with another layer of wonton wrappers, remaining Parmesan cheese, remaining mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, ground beef, and pasta sauce. Finish by topping the "cupcakes" with the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  • Place the cupcakes in the preheated oven and bake until the edges are golden brown, about 18 to 20 minutes. Allow them to cool in the tins for 5 minutes before gently loosening and removing them with a knife. Top with fresh basil before serving.
