Upgrade store-bought Christmas cake with your own unique decorations for a time-saving and impressive dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 50g mixed (red and green) glace cherries
  • 100g redcurrant jelly
  • 1kg Christmas cake
  • 62.50 ml coffee sugar crystals
  • 40.00 ml cachous silver balls*
Instructions:
  • Chop the cherries. Melt the redcurrant jelly in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Allow it to cool slightly, then brush it over the top and sides of the cake. Sprinkle with coffee crystals. Decorate the cake by placing cachous and cherries all over it using tweezers. Finally, tie with ribbon before serving.
