Indulgent chocolate chip cookies loaded with caramels, potato chips, and waffle cones for a sweet, salty, and crunchy treat that will satisfy your late-night cravings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 14 round chewy caramels in milk chocolate (from 12-oz bag), unwrapped and coarsely chopped
  • 4 cups potato chips, coarsely crushed (about 2 cups crushed)
  • 4 waffle cones, coarsely crushed (about 1 1/2 cups crushed)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheet) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Combine cookie mix, butter, and egg in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms. Mix in caramels, potato chips, and waffle cones until well combined (dough will be thick). Drop 1/4 cupfuls of dough onto parchment-lined cookie sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart, then gently flatten them to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges turn light golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then transfer from cookie sheets to cooling racks to cool completely. Store covered at room temperature.
