"Delicious chilled fruit salad with assorted layers for a refreshing treat."
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 3 cups fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 3 cups seedless grapes
Instructions:
  • Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and honey in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Combine 1 cup of cheese with the lettuce in a large bowl.
  • In a 2 1/2 quart glass bowl, create layers alternating between lettuce mixture, peaches, strawberries, grapes, and cheese. Finish with a layer of mayonnaise mixture on top or serve on the side. Chill thoroughly before serving.
