Elevate your grilled salmon with a zesty basting sauce of lemon, butter, and Catalina dressing for irresistible flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup Catalina salad dressing
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 pinch dried dill weed
  • 6 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
Instructions:
  • Get the grill preheated to medium heat and give the grate a light oiling.
  • Combine Catalina salad dressing, melted butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and dill in a bowl, then generously brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
  • Grill the salmon basting with sauce, until easily flaked with a fork, approximately 15 minutes.
