Savory pull-apart bread with turkey, sausage, and two cheeses - a crowd-pleaser for any gathering!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped, cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup chopped, cooked breakfast sausage
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons mixed fresh herbs, such as rosemary, sage, thyme
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 2 16-ounce cans refrigerated butter-flavor biscuit dough
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • 1 cup leftover cranberry sauce, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a nonstick Bundt pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine the Gruyere cheese, Cheddar cheese, turkey, sausage, apple, walnuts, celery, mixed herbs, and parsley in a large bowl, mixing well.
  • Mix together melted butter and savory poultry seasoning in a small bowl, then drizzle over the cheesy mixture and fold together until well combined.
  • Cut biscuits into quarters using kitchen shears and delicately mix them with the cheese mixture before adding it to the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the top is golden and a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 45 to 55 minutes.
  • Let the bread rest in the pan on a rack for 5 minutes, then invert it onto a serving board. Garnish with rosemary sprigs. Serve with cranberry sauce in a small container placed in the center of the bread. Offer tongs for the bread and a serving spoon for the cranberry sauce.
