Creamy Parmesan turkey and pasta casserole using leftovers.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked spaghetti
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1.6666667461395 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups chopped cooked turkey
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • First, bring a generously salted large pot of water to a rolling boil. Next, add the spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until it reaches the perfect al dente texture. Drain the spaghetti and transfer it to the prepared baking dish.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter until bubbly. Whisk in flour until combined. Gradually pour in chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle boil. Add 1 1/3 cups of Parmesan cheese and mix well until melted. Remove from heat.
  • Combine the chicken broth mixture and turkey with the spaghetti, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour until the surface turns a light golden brown.
  • Indulge and savor!
