Whip up a flavorful cauliflower side dish with just five simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 600g cauliflower, trimmed, cut into florets
  • 510.00 gm chicken style liquid stock
  • 250.00 ml dry-roasted almonds, chopped
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 lemon
Instructions:
  • Place the cauliflower in a microwave-safe dish and pour in the stock. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 4 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender. Drain before serving.
  • Zest half a lemon with a zester. Combine almonds, chives, lemon zest, and cauliflower in a bowl. Season with pepper and toss everything together. Serve and enjoy!
