Lemon and Thai basil caprioskas

Toast to this delicious and invigorating drink.
Ingredients:
  • 6 lemons
  • 250.00 ml Thai basil leaves
  • 160g palm sugar
  • 375ml vodka
  • Ice cubes, to serve
Instructions:
  • Cut each lemon into 8 wedges. Put three-quarters of the lemon wedges, half the basil, and the sugar in a large bowl and gently crush with a rolling pin. Mix in the vodka and ice. Stir well and divide among serving glasses. Top off with the remaining lemon wedges and basil for a beautiful presentation.
