Tangy lemon cake with a moist glaze - quick and easy!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1.5 cups lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then generously grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Combine the cake mix and instant pudding in a medium bowl. Follow the instructions on the cake mix box to prepare the batter, then pour it into the prepared pan.
  • Follow the package instructions to bake the cake. Once baked, use a toothpick to poke holes all over the top of the cake.
  • Combine confectioners' sugar, lemon juice, and melted butter in a medium bowl until smooth. Drizzle the icing over the warm cake and let it cool before serving.
