Lemon pepper lavoche bread

Create tangy lemon flatbread for dipping or pairing with cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pieces lavoche bread, halved crosswise
  • 25g (5 tsp) butter, at room temperature
  • 20.00 ml lemon pepper seasoning, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Coat lavash with butter and generously season with lemon pepper. Slice lavash into 3cm-wide strips.
  • Place your creation on a baking tray and let it bake in a preheated oven until it turns a lovely golden color, typically about 4 minutes. Allow it to cool right on the tray afterwards.
  • Keep in a sealed container for 3 days.
