Lemon pudding pound cake with a delectable twist using cake mix and instant lemon pudding, topped with zesty lemon frosting.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.33333298563957 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a 10-inch Bundt pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • In a large bowl, mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil until smooth and creamy. Transfer the batter to a prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.
