Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix with pudding
  • 1 egg
  • 2.25 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine the cake mix, egg, and whipped topping in a bowl. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to blend until smooth (the batter will be sticky).
  • Dollop spoonfuls of batter into confectioners' sugar, roll to coat evenly. Transfer cookies to ungreased baking sheets and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
