Delicious summer berry sorbet in a crispy basket.
Ingredients:
  • 250g strawberries, chopped
  • 125g blueberries
  • 125g raspberries
  • 24.00 gm icing sugar, plus extra to dust
  • 500ml lemon sorbet
  • 120g x 6 pack brandy snap baskets
Instructions:
  • Combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and icing sugar in a bowl, gently toss together, then let sit for 10 minutes to soak.
  • Serve by delicately placing scoops of refreshing sorbet in each elegant brandy basket. Sprinkle succulent berries on top and finish with a delicate dusting of extra icing sugar. Serve promptly to enjoy the perfect balance of flavors.
