Transform sugar cookies into decadent blueberry cheesecake delights with blueberry chips, cream cheese, and zesty lemon extract.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (17.5 ounce) pouch sugar cookie mix (such as Betty Crocker®)
  • 4 teaspoons lemon extract
  • 0.66666668653488 cup blueberry baking chips (such as The Prepared Pantry)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare 2 baking pans with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whip cream cheese until velvety. Incorporate egg until fully mixed. Add sugar cookie mix and lemon extract, blend until dough forms. Carefully mix in blueberry chips.
  • Place dollops of dough on the baking sheets, leaving 2 inches of space between each. Gently press down on each cookie.
  • Bake until edges are lightly golden, about 9 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool before serving.
