Soothing lemongrass and honey mint tea to comfort a sore throat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 lemongrass stems, bruised, roughly chopped, plus extra to serve
  • 2 mint sprigs, plus extra to serve
  • Honey, to serve
Instructions:
  • Add fragrant lemongrass and refreshing mint to a teapot, then carefully pour in boiling water.
  • Allow the mixture to steep for 10 minutes.
  • Just before serving, pour the tea through a strainer into glasses and use a lemongrass stem as a stirrer and a mint sprig in each glass.
  • Drizzle with honey to add the perfect touch of sweetness.
