Elevate your dishes with this versatile and flavorful sauce! Ideal for Vietnamese spring rolls, fishcakes, and chicken meatballs. Also great as a tangy dressing for noodle salads, just double the ingredients (except lemongrass).
Ingredients:
  • 65.63 gm lime juice
  • 1 stalk lemongrass (white part only), finely shredded
  • 1cm piece fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 40.00 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 12.20 gm fish sauce
  • 8.00 gm brown sugar
  • 62.50 ml fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix lime juice, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, vinegar, fish sauce, and sugar. Let it sit for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  • Garnish with fresh mint right before serving.
