Ingredients:
  • 1 green oak lettuce, torn into small pieces
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1 large mango, diced
  • 40.00 ml slivered almonds, toasted
  • 40.00 ml dried cranberries
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 20.00 ml white wine vinegar
Instructions:
  • Mix together the fresh lettuce, ripe avocado, sweet mango, crunchy almonds, and chewy cranberries in a bowl.
  • Combine oil and vinegar in a jug, season with salt and pepper, pour over lettuce mixture, toss well, and serve.
