Tangy cilantro lime aioli - versatile for dressing, tacos, or dipping!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup olive oil mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 jalapeno, seeds and membrane removed, diced
  • 1.5 garlic cloves, halved
  • 0.5 lime, juiced
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to enhance the flavors.
