Elevate your taste buds with a vibrant seasonal fruit salad.
Ingredients:
  • 1 dragonfruit
  • 1 mango
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 8.00 gm brown sugar
  • 21.00 gm fresh lime juice
Instructions:
  • Quarter the dragonfruit lengthwise and peel off the skin. Slice the flesh into 2cm thick pieces. Next, separate the mango cheeks from the stone and cut each one in half lengthwise. Remove the flesh from the skin and slice it into 2cm thick pieces.
  • Peel and remove the core from the pineapple, then slice it into 1cm-thick pieces. Mix all the fruits in a shallow dish.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and lime juice, gently toss by hand, then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
