Zesty lime-mustard marinade makes grilled salmon moist and flavorful. Try it with halibut, tuna or swordfish for a delicious twist on seafood.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 salmon steaks
Instructions:
  • Combine lime juice, olive oil, mustard, ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a bowl. Transfer the marinade to a resealable plastic bag. Add the salmon steaks, coat them well, remove excess air, and seal the bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Take the salmon out of the marinade, shake off excess, and discard the rest of the marinade.
  • Cook the fish on the grill until it easily flakes with a fork, flipping once, for 5 to 10 minutes per side based on thickness.
