Marinate filets in zesty citrus and spices for a flavorful grilled dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 salmon fillets (4 oz each)
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag, excluding the salmon. Place the salmon in the bag, seal it, and distribute the marinade evenly. Allow the salmon to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes, flipping the bag occasionally.
  • Preheat your gas or charcoal grill. Oil the grill rack once it's heated. Take the salmon out of the marinade and dispose of the marinade. Put the salmon skin side down on the gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill over medium coals. Cover the grill and cook for 10 to 14 minutes without flipping, until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Optionally, decorate with fresh lime slices before serving.
