Chili-Lime Grilled Salmon

Elevate your dish with these zesty seasoned fillets.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 lime or lemon wedges
Instructions:
  • Preheat your gas or charcoal grill. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, excluding salmon and lime wedges. Coat the flesh-side of the salmon with the mixture.
  • Place the salmon, skin side down, on a heated grill over medium heat. Cover and cook for 15 to 18 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Do not flip the salmon. Serve with lime wedges.
