Limoncello & fruit salad fro-yo

Freeze leftover fruit for a refreshing sorbet, skip the yogurt for a fruity twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 kg chopped mixed fruit fresh or frozen
  • 250 ml fat-free natural yoghurt
  • runny honey to taste
  • 75 ml limoncello optional
  • ice-cream cones optional
Instructions:
  • Blend the fruit, yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey, and limoncello (if using) in a food processor until smooth. Adjust sweetness with more honey if desired. Transfer to a dish and freeze for 1 to 2 hours until firm. Remove from the freezer, blend again in the food processor to eliminate any ice crystals. Enjoy in cups or cones, or refreeze until serving.
