Linguini with Cashews and Scallions

Butter-toasted cashews, linguini tossed in teriyaki sauce with ginger and green onions.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked linguini pasta
  • 1 (9.25 ounce) container cashews
  • 0.5 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
Instructions:
  • Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a vigorous boil. Add linguini and cook for 9 to 11 minutes until al dente. Drain the pasta.
  • In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter, saute cashews until lightly browned, then add cooked linguini, teriyaki sauce, ginger, and green onion. Cook and stir until heated through.
