Elevate traditional chocolate fudge with vibrant layers of sliced Liquorice Allsorts for a visually stunning and delicious treat. Easy to make and sure to impress with its unique twist!
Ingredients:
  • 60g butter
  • 2 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 360g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 360g milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 450g pkt Liquorice Allsorts, each cut into 3 slices
Instructions:
  • Cover the base of a 18 x 28cm slice pan with baking paper, ensuring the paper extends over the two longer sides.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate until smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and level the top.
  • Layer the sliced Liquorice Allsorts on top of the fudge, adjusting as needed. Chill in the fridge for 6 hours until firm. Cut into squares before serving.
