Savory individual meat loaves with a flavorful sausage twist, topped with a sweet tangy sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup crushed buttery round crackers
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian-style seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine eggs, cracker crumbs, milk, cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, ground beef, and ground sausage in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly and shape into individual loaves before arranging in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Spoon the sauce over each loaf, and top with Parmesan cheese and season to taste.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
