Loaded baked potato breakfast biscuits - quick, easy, and irresistible.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked Hormel® Black Label® Bacon - Original (6 slices)
  • 3 oz Hormel® Black Label® Thin Cut or Thick Cut Canadian Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (from 6-oz package)
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Use a 1/4 cup measure to drop 12 rounded spoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet.
  • Bake until golden brown, then brush warm biscuits with melted butter. Serve warm.
