Indulgent peanut butter-chocolate bars made with chocolate chip cookie mix, cocoa, peanut butter chips, sprinkles, REESE'S PIECES, and REESE'S baking cups. Finished with a drizzle of melted peanut butter chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S natural cocoa
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons REESE'S peanut butter chips (from 10-oz bag)
  • 2 tablespoons Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors fall sprinkles (from 1.8-oz container)
  • 1/2 cup REESE'S baking cups and REESE'S PIECES candy (from 8.5-oz bag)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously coat a 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine cookie mix, cocoa, softened butter, water, and egg in a large bowl and stir until a soft dough forms. Gently mix in 1/2 cup of peanut butter chips and sprinkles. Enjoy!
  • Spread the dough in the pan using a metal spatula, then sprinkle candies on top evenly.
  • Bake for 22-26 minutes until edges are set, then allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  • Place the 2 remaining tablespoons of peanut butter chips in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered on Medium (50%) power for 1 minute. Stir and continue microwaving in 10-second intervals until smooth. Spoon the melted chips into a small resealable freezer bag, partially seal the bag, cut off a small corner, and squeeze the melted chips to drizzle over the top of the bar. Allow the drizzle to set for about 1 hour. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows, and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
