Indulgent lobster and mushroom sauce, a luxurious seafood delight over rice or pasta.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 pound lobster meat, diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until sizzling. Sauté mushrooms in the butter until tender, then add lobster meat and cook until opaque. Set aside the mushrooms and lobster.
  • Reduce the heat to low, then add flour to the pan. Cook and stir for about 2 minutes before adding chicken broth, heavy cream, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until it thickens.
  • Add the mushrooms, lobster, and Parmesan cheese to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
