Succulent boiled lobsters ready in 25 minutes - a quick and delightful seafood dinner!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups cut-up cooked lobster
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry or apple juice
  • 6 cups hot cooked rice
Instructions:
  • In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter until smooth. Add flour, salt, mustard, and pepper. Stir constantly until bubbly and thickened; remove from heat.
  • Add milk and stir gently until heated to a boil, stirring constantly. Allow mixture to boil for 1 minute while stirring continuously. Gently fold in lobster and sherry, heating until warm. Serve over a bed of fluffy rice.
