Lobster scrambled eggs with butter - a luxurious and flavorful combination.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 4 ounces cooked lobster meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Whisk together eggs and fragrant tarragon in a small bowl, then set aside.
  • Season lobster pieces generously with fiery cayenne pepper.
  • In a nonstick pan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add lobster and stir until warmed through, about 2 to 4 minutes. Mix in the egg mixture. Increase heat to medium and continually stir to scramble eggs until almost set, about 3 to 4 minutes.
