Start your day right with this healthy toasted muesli.
Ingredients:
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 400.00 gm rolled oats
  • 500.00 ml rolled rye
  • 250.00 ml wheat bran flakes
  • 250.00 ml wheat bran straws
  • 125.00 ml pumpkin seeds
  • 357.50 gm honey
  • 400g mixed dried fruit
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C. Lightly coat a large roasting pan with oil. Mix oats, rye, bran flakes, bran straws, and pumpkin seeds together. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
  • Drizzle honey over oats and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven, stir well to ensure even toasting, then bake for 7 more minutes until muesli is evenly toasted.
  • Cut fruit into small, even pieces using kitchen scissors. Stir it into warm muesli and let it cool uncovered. Spoon the mixture into a large, airtight container.
