Prepare a make-ahead, crowd-pleasing dessert with a simple cookie crust mix for convenience.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Oatmeal Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup firm butter or margarine
  • 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup Key lime juice or lime juice
  • 2 containers (8 oz each) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original yogurt Key lime pie
  • Few drops green food color, if desired
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime peel
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously coat the bottom and sides of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cookie mix with butter using a pastry blender or fork until crumbly. Press the mixture lightly into the bottom of a pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool.
  • In a spacious bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to blend condensed milk and lime juice until smooth and thick. Reserve 1 cup of whipped topping. Gently fold in the rest of the whipped topping, yogurt, and food color into the milk mix. Spread the mixture into the cooled crust, cover, and chill in the fridge for about 1 hour until firm.
  • Cut the dessert into neat rows, then top each serving with a dollop of whipped topping, lime peel, and fresh berries. Store any extra dessert in the refrigerator for later.
