Indulgent twist on banana split with velvety white chocolate ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 225g White Chocolate Melts
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 883.75 gm cream
  • Pink food colouring
  • 10 bananas, halved lengthways
  • Chocolate topping
  • 100 and 1000's, to decorate
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate with condensed milk over gentle heat until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe bowl and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Using an electric mixer, whip the chocolate mixture until smooth. Add the cream and beat until thick with soft peaks. Transfer half of the mixture into a lined 22cm square cake pan. Color the remaining mixture with food coloring, then spoon over the white mixture. Lightly drag a knife through the mixture to create a marbled effect. Cover and freeze until firm.
  • Slice the ice cream into 10 thick slices. Assemble with bananas, toppings, and decorations in serving dishes. Serve promptly.
