Delicious and untested member recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 150g butter or spread, softened
  • 225.00 gm white sugar
  • 375.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 400g Mini M&Ms
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 180C and get your 3 baking trays ready by lining them with baking paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugar until creamy. Mix in the egg until smooth. Gradually incorporate the self-raising flour by hand. Adjust the dough texture by adding a tablespoon of flour if needed until soft and pliable.
  • Scoop dough with a teaspoon, roll into balls, and place on baking trays. Dip a fork in flour and gently press down on each dough ball. Finally, press about 5 M&Ms into each cookie.
  • Bake until golden brown, let sit on trays for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool for an additional 5 minutes.
