Try creamy macadamia nut milk as a dairy-free alternative for a smooth and satisfying drink. Just blend to your liking and enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml macadamia nut halves
Instructions:
  • In a glass or ceramic bowl, place the macadamia nuts and cover them with water. Seal the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in a cool place overnight for soaking.
  • Rinse the macadamias thoroughly under cold running water, then drain. Transfer them to a blender and add 2 cups of water. Blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until nearly smooth.
  • Place a piece of muslin in a sieve and position it over a bowl or large jug. Pour the macadamia mixture through the muslin-lined sieve. Twist the muslin to extract all the liquid. Discard the solids and chill before serving.
