Macaron baubles recipe

Make festive macaron ornaments to share holiday joy.
Ingredients:
  • Sugar coated chocolates, to decorate
  • 1 pkt Macarons
  • Sprinkles, to decorate
  • 2 Free Range Egg whites*
  • 10.60 gm lemon juice
  • 480g icing sugar
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine egg whites and lemon juice. Slowly mix in the icing sugar, stirring until smooth. Adjust consistency with more icing sugar as needed. Transfer to a piping bag with a 1mm plain nozzle.
  • Press sugar-coated chocolates into macaron filling and pipe royal icing around them.
  • Generously drizzle macarons with extra royal icing and sprinkle with more colorful sprinkles for an added touch of sweetness and whimsy.
