Delicious mixed berry dessert with crispy sweet topping.
Ingredients:
  • 120g Frozen Raspberries, thawed
  • 150g Frozen Blueberries, thawed
  • 1 small orange, rind finely grated, juiced
  • 4 amaretti biscuits (almond macaroons)
  • 2 x 150g tubs light French vanilla Fraiche
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Mix together fresh, plump berries, fragrant orange zest, and a generous splash of vibrant orange juice in a bowl.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into four 3/4-cup capacity, heatproof ramekins. Gently crush biscuits and sprinkle over the fruit. Top with Fraiche and sprinkle 2 teaspoons of brown sugar over each dessert.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the desserts for 2 to 3 minutes until the sugar has melted. Serve and enjoy.
