Enjoy a delicious Mac and Cheese Pizza Bake, a tasty fusion of two classics. Ready in under an hour for a quick and satisfying weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (7.25 ounce) packages macaroni and cheese mix
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar pizza sauce (such as Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce)
  • 1 (4 ounce) package sliced pepperoni, or to taste
  • dried oregano, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • 1. Boil a pot of lightly salted water. Cook elbow macaroni until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Stir in butter, milk, and cheese mix until well combined.
  • Incorporate eggs into mac and cheese, then add 1 cup of mozzarella and stir until combined.
  • Evenly layer the macaroni and cheese mixture in the baking dish, top with pasta sauce, then sprinkle 2 cups of mozzarella cheese on top. Add a layer of pepperoni, and finish with a sprinkle of oregano.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is gooey and bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
