Delicious tofu stir-fry with tasty Asian sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) peanut oil
  • 300g firm tofu, cut into 2.5cm pieces
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) passata
  • 40.00 ml Lingham’s Ginger Garlic Chilli Sauce
  • 10.60 gm light soy sauce
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
  • Steamed rice, to serve
  • Steamed broccoli, to serve
  • Green shallots, sliced, to serve
Instructions:
  • Heat the oil in a large wok over high heat until it shimmers. Cook half of the tofu, turning occasionally, for 3 minutes until golden. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate using a slotted spoon. Repeat with the remaining tofu.
  • Remove the oil from the pan, then introduce passata, chilli sauce, soy sauce, and sugar to the wok. Simmer on low for 5 minutes until thickened. Reintroduce the tofu to the wok and mix well. Serve the sticky tofu with broccoli and shallots on a bed of rice.
