Magic tuna, corn and cheese puffs recipe

Easy and tasty puffs, perfect for all ages!
Ingredients:
  • 200g Cottage Cheese
  • 41.20 gm milk
  • 185g can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
  • 125g can creamed corn
  • 150.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 62.50 ml grated cheddar
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh chives, plus extra, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 190C/170C fan-forced and prepare 2 large baking trays by lining them with baking paper.
  • In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, milk, and egg, whisk until smooth. Add tuna, corn, flour, cheddar, chives, salt, and pepper, stir until well mixed.
  • Using a spoon, drop level tablespoons of mixture 3cm apart onto prepared trays. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool on trays, then sprinkle with extra chives. Serve warm or cold.
