Orange and honey mustard mini cheesecakes topped with fresh berries - a sweet and creamy delicacy!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup creme fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons Maille® Honey Dijon Mustard
  • Pinch of orange zest
  • 2 cups crushed vanilla cookies
  • 1 stick butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Combine cookies, orange zest, and melted butter, then press mixture firmly into the base of cupcake molds. Chill. Whisk eggs, sugar, and Maille Honey Dijon mustard, then incorporate flour, cream cheese, creme fraiche, and more orange zest. Fill molds with mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until set. Let cool for 2 hours, top with fresh berries, and enjoy!
