Delicious make-ahead broccoli salad with crispy bacon, sharp Cheddar cheese, perfect for lunches or picnics, stays fresh in the fridge for a week.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bunches broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 pound cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 (8 ounce) package sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (such as Hellmann's®)
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup cider vinegar
Instructions:
  • Combine broccoli, crispy bacon, sharp Cheddar cheese, and onion in a sealed container. In a separate container, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, and cider vinegar until smooth. Chill both mixtures in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to one week.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently mix to ensure every leaf is coated before serving.
