Makrut chicken kebabs recipe

Grill vibrant kebabs for spring parties or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg Butternut pumpkin, peeled, deseeded, cut into 1.5cm pieces
  • 2kg chicken stir-fry strips
  • 60 makrut lime leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat your barbecue or chargrill to medium-high heat.
  • Skewer pumpkin, chicken, and makrut lime leaves.
  • Make 12 kebabs.
  • Grill the kebabs for 2-3 minutes on each side, until cooked to your preference. Place them on a plate, cover with foil, and let them rest for 5 minutes.
