Try this quick and vibrant Asian salad with mandarin oranges, ramen noodles, and sesame seeds for a burst of flavors. Ready in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (10 ounces) salad mix
  • 1 small red onion, cut lengthwise in half, then cut crosswise into thin slices
  • 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments, chilled and drained
  • 1 package (3 ounces) Oriental-flavor reduced-fat baked ramen noodle soup mix
  • 1/3 cup fat-free Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed
Instructions:
  • Combine salad greens, onion, and orange segments in a large bowl. Shake together the seasoning packet from the soup mix, dressing, water, sugar, and sesame seeds in a tightly covered container.
  • Break noodles into small pieces and scatter over the salad greens. Shake the dressing well, then drizzle it over the salad. Toss everything together until the salad is evenly coated with the dressing.
