Elevate your prawn dish with a zesty mango-chilli dip.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large mango
  • 1 tsp finely grated lime rind
  • 21.00 gm lime juice
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Begin by finely chopping 1/3 of the mango and set it aside. In a small food processor, combine lime rind, lime juice, oil, and the rest of the mango. Pulse until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a small serving bowl and mix in half of the coriander. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the reserved chopped mango, chopped chili, and remaining coriander. Serve and enjoy.
