Mango & lime crush with sesame snaps

Ingredients:
  • 3 medium (about 400g each) ripe mangoes
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 40g (1/4 cup) pure icing sugar
  • 16 ice cubes
  • Extra ice cubes, to serve
  • 2 40g pkts sesame snaps (Golden Days brand)
Instructions:
  • Cut the mango cheeks close to the seeds, peel the skin, and remove any remaining flesh. Chop the flesh and combine it in a blender or food processor with lime juice, icing sugar, and ice cubes. Blend until the ice is crushed.
  • Drop a generous handful of ice cubes into each glass before pouring in the refreshing mango & lime crush. Accompany it with crispy sesame snaps for a delightful pair.
