Create a simple and delicious frozen dessert with only four ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 300g pkt frozen mango pieces
  • 31.50 gm fresh lime juice
  • 250ml (1 cup) fresh orange juice
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) passionfruit pulp
Instructions:
  • Add the mango, lime juice, and orange juice to a food processor bowl and blend until silky smooth.
  • Chill the mango mixture in an airtight container in the freezer until firm, about 20 minutes.
  • Scoop the sorbet into serving glasses using an ice-cream scoop, then finish by drizzling passionfruit over the top before serving.
